2. Services Provided

VirTech Systems provides managed IT services, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, IT consulting, and related technology solutions. The specific services provided to each client are outlined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, as business needs require.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements between VirTech Systems and each client. Payment terms, billing cycles, and accepted methods of payment are specified in the applicable agreement. VirTech Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with overdue balances after providing reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on the VirTech Systems website are the property of VirTech Systems or their respective owners. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any VirTech Systems intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirTech Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to VirTech Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship as outlined in the applicable service agreement. VirTech Systems reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in activities that are harmful to our systems or other users, or fail to make timely payments. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
